I'm looking at doing a rent increase starting next year for a few of my tenants, I am using the Form 4B from this site but noticed it's changed a bit from the last time I used it. I'm a bit stuck with the date to put in for paragraph 3 "The first rent increase date after 11th Feb 2003 is..." Is this the date of the last increase if there has been one? I've treied reading the guidence notes but I;m none the wiser! All my tenants are on periodic tenancies and the last increase was 12 months ago.
