khanzenab Posted October 27, 2007 Report Share Posted October 27, 2007 hi all, can someone please help.. i am intending to serve court order notice to possess my property..the ast has expired 2 weeks ago (14/10/07) not. 21 was served on the 2/08/07, but tenants still not out, as not found/tried alternative accomdtn. do you specifically need a solicitor to do the court order notice, or is it a simple form, you fill in.. also the step by step procedure to serve, court office, posting, fees involved at local county court etc.. many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
