Kingswood
Hi all, Thought this might be of interest to some of you. My company is organising a conference that is free to attend and suitable for both experienced landlords and first-time investors. It'll be 2pm - 5pm on Thursday 8th November at the Cardiff Marriot Hotel. Practical advice will be on offer from experts within the industry, with topics including tax, legislation and funding. We have exclusive access to discounted property from a new local development that will be on offer at the event. Attendees will be able to meet firms that can add value to their portfolios, including a letting agent, furniture supplier, architect, solicitor, and the National Landlords Association. Melboy
That development you mention Gareth wouldn't happen to be new build 1&2 bedroom apartments/flats would it?

Kingswood
Hi all, The development is unconfirmed at the moment. There are two contenders, one in Cardiff city centre and one in Newport city centre, I'm awaiting news on which will be up for offer from the developer. The furniture pack company exhibiting will be MultiFurnish. The letting agent will be Thomas George. This is the first event of this type that Kingswood has done and as we are completely impartial would welcome enquiries from different exhibitors for future events, if either of you are interested? Feel free to come along and see the set up this time round. Gareth
J4L
Thanks for the reply Gareth, Yes maybe we could be interested in exhibiting at future events. We may pop in 'incognito' if we get the time but would appreciate it if you could also send some info. (Address on our website) Gareth
