Simon Dewsberry Posted August 19, 2007 Report Share Posted August 19, 2007 Hi All Did a viewing yesterday for a self employed window cleaner/painter decorator I told him rent was £650 pcm .. and we would need to do the necessary refs and credit checks His response "No need for any of that - I can personally guarantee that i am a good tenant and i am financially SOLUBLE " ...........!!!!!!!!!!! I asked him wether he actually meant SOLVENT - .............No he didn't - that was white spirit and i must be confused ................LOLOL HMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm............................. i explained that we would be needing a guarantor......or 6 months up front ...
