The above is just a small part of my portfolio I have numerous discounted, trackers and so on, all with varying interest rates,and different fees and rentals to suit

What I do, is gear the product to the clients requirement. ie If a 125% rental does not fit I look for a rental of say 110% similarly I try and get a LTV and rental, to suit along with a suitable fee either flat or a %

I do hope that you will find some of these products exciting ,despite the recent BBR increases Please do refer me to others

Hi All

Put a fairly long post up on the topic of fees a few weeks ago (Please see"Beware - Lenders Stealing Equity... ")

The above is just the thin end of the wedge !!!!!!!

As the IR goes up lenders will have no choice but to raise fees (this is to cover "losses" as they give discount deals to keep mthly payments at acceptable levels for borrowers to cover mort paymt with rent !)

Get ready 'cos it will get a lot worse !- Not going to re- type my thoughts on this ..!! please see previous post....

If ltv @ 75% have you got any deals with more sensible set up fees ?
