Simon Dewsberry
Hi All Put a fairly long post up on the topic of fees a few weeks ago (Please see"Beware - Lenders Stealing Equity... ") The above is just the thin end of the wedge !!!!!!! As the IR goes up lenders will have no choice but to raise fees (this is to cover "losses" as they give discount deals to keep mthly payments at acceptable levels for borrowers to cover mort paymt with rent !) Get ready 'cos it will get a lot worse !- Not going to re- type my thoughts on this ..!! please see previous post.... Q for John If ltv @ 75% have you got any deals with more sensible set up fees ? Also "5.99% to 85%LTV Fee £595.00 Free Valuation £200.00 Cash Back Rental 125%" Fixed ? Period ? Simon
