I have contacted a few recommended on this site, unfortunately they are so distant, that they would only do postal service, this tenant needs a missile! lauralivesartnouveau Posted June 20, 2007 Report Share Posted June 20, 2007 Hi For all rent arrears I use www.moneyclaim.gov.uk You can manage the debt online and issue a CCJ its legal, quick and cheap although I have found in practice tenants move out rather then paying rent arrears.
