possesion notice

hi

I have possesion notice forms which i want to serve on my tenants (section 8), in filling in the forms i am asked to "give the full text as set out in the housing act 1988 as amended by the housing act 1996".

can anybody tell me where i can get the full text from to complete the forms.

Wow, those are long web addresses. If they don't work, go to www.statutelaw.gov.uk, put in "housing" and "1988" as search criteria, to find the housing act 1988, then go to section 8. Do same for 1996, section 151 which is the amendment to housing act 1988.
