Ted Posted March 13, 2007 Report Share Posted March 13, 2007 I understand that with the Assured Shorthold tenancy agreement, when it reaches the end of the fixed term, it will becomes Statutory Periodic Tenancy automatically. Will the Company Letting Agreement become Statutory Periodic as well? Can someone tell me what happen when the Company Letting Agreement expires?
