bacard Posted February 20, 2007 Report Share Posted February 20, 2007 Hi My AST agreement is for one year and ends on 15 june 2007 if my tenant does not sign a new agreement but continues to live there i am told this then becomes a periodic tenancy, is this correct ? and if so does it mean that this new tenant deposit scheme that comes out in april does not apply to me? thanking you in advance.
