I am purchasing a property that currently has tenants (not on any agreement - just "mates"of the vendor) The vendor has told us that they will move out on completion at the same time as him, and it is a conditon of the mortgage that they do. GPEL Posted February 7, 2007 Report Share Posted February 7, 2007 Ensure a notice is served beforehand so you can obtain possession thru the county court if necesary. They are currently living there with the landlord in residence but you want peace of mind they won't stay afterwards. Discuss it with your conveyancing solicitor.
