Gloria Posted March 19, 2005 Report Share Posted March 19, 2005 I am a little confused about the Tn. LL/tenant law on eviction. It states that you must give 30 days, 14 to cure and 16 to vacate. So do you send the notice to cure and the eviction notice at the same time or wait until the day after the grace period and send just the eviction notice?
