chickpea Posted February 26, 2014 Report Share Posted February 26, 2014 So, thanks to the efforts of my nephew (who is an IT specialist), we have been able to prove that our tenant did in fact forge a 6 month AST in order to get out of his 12 month agreement. Because of this, we have been able to "persuade" the tenant to pay us a settlement to agree to surrender the tenancy.
