quantum37
Hi all, I am about to embark on serving a Section 21 notice. However the problem I have is that the 2 tenants names on the tenancy agreement I issued just under 12 months ago have changed one by deed poll and the other because I made an assumption that the couple were man and wife. The clarification I need is that if I go with their current identities will the document be legal should there be any challenge to it. Thanks in advance to all contributions. Mortitia
OK so put in the Section 21 document names they gave you on the tenancy agreement and add 'also known as Mr Teddy Bear, Miss Chelsea.......and so on covering all the names you know them by - that way you cover everything namewise. Are your dates correct and the wording?
quantum37
Yes everything else is correctly filled out so I only have to serve it on the tenants
