Webb Posted January 10, 2007 Report Share Posted January 10, 2007 New legislation on Tenancy Deposits will affect all landlords from 6th April 2007. Having wondered what I'm supposed to do when this becomes effective, I have questioned some information on this site. From the Communities.gov site I have found www.mydeposits.co.uk and would recommend landlords to look at it. It has some clear information and a good and helpful FAQ page.
