I put one speculative ad on there and was inundated with reponses. I had 20 viewings that weekend and all 5 rooms I had available were taken. You tend to get more money this way too, I was told I would get £1,000 to £1,200 letting the whole unit, but got £1,500 on a room per room basis (and I'm sure I actually could have got a lot more).
