It is a two storey with potentially 6 bedrooms, but I am finding it difficult finding info on whether I can get a mortgage with 6 assured shorthold tenancy agreements and allow students with 85% LTV. I have read skipton do accept 6 @ 85%, but I cannot see on their website whether students are allowed. I have a 5 bed HMO with the Chelsea, but I needed 25% deposit. Thanks in advance.
