patgreen Posted November 19, 2006 Report Share Posted November 19, 2006 I know this is ridiculously short notice but: Tomorrow 19-11-2006 I intend to bid on a property that is occupied by registered tenants. I know I can’t ask them to leave. I know I can’t increase the rent without applying through the proper channels. My question is do I have the right to receive their existing registered rent at all, given that they have never entered into an agreement with me.
