I plan on moving in and have in live in tennant as I am used to living in a house share. can anyone recommend any useful ways of advertising my property i.e websites and the like. Be sure to complete thorough security and previous reference checks prior to accepting the right person. Rentchecks.com provide a good service though there are many others.
