Back in August I reserved a property through them, everything seem to go smoothly, till they told me the developer had sold the property I had reserved. No problem they said we can refund the money or apply it to the next deal. At that time I said I would prefer to have the money. It has taken nearly two months to get this refund after 3-5 calls a week, a complaint to Trading Standards and the threat of legal action. BUYER BEWARE!
