I’m currently looking for landlords who have properties in the north London area sitting empty and would like to earn extra income. My company try’s to find accommodation for families on low income and are entitled to housing benefit, Before we place a clients into your accommodation we apply to the rent service for a pre tenancy determination to find out how much rent you can get for your property. If the amount is below what you require, you decide to go ahead or not. If you receive your required amount you still chose whether to go ahead or not. Before placing a client into you property we check tenants entitlement to housing benefit. We are able to secure 1 moth’s deposit, which is none refundable, and 1 moth’s rent. Our finder’s fee is two weeks rent, management 8%.
