Phil E Posted June 17, 2006 Report Share Posted June 17, 2006 We are about to let out our property privately and I am having trouble finding out exactly what checks we have to get done etc. Do we need to get any certificates? Specific buildings insurance? What about tax returns? We are also thinking of downloading a tenancy agreement from the internet, is this a good idea? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
