Nathalie
Hi, Does anyone know the regulations regarding emergency lighting in a HMO as to how often they need to be inspected/tested? I've tried looking online and I'm getting all sorts of answers, so far I've read this, emergency lights need to be tested: daily (not feasible, by me anyway) monthly 6-monthly yearly 3-yearly (is the official inspection & certification) but I've also read this needs to be done annually I've downloaded various booklets etc regarding landlord responsibilities/electrical safety etc and they all just add to the confusion, there is not one clear answer. Any clarification appreciated! Thanks Nathalie
