Mr Hanson Posted May 25, 2006 Report Share Posted May 25, 2006 Hope someone can help - I queried the insurance with the freeholder approx £1,000 for a terraced property split into 2 flats- he then directed me to his broker and suggested I speak to him. If so you should call other brokers to see how they compare with what you are currently paying. I use Landlord Insurance Direct for all my properties and have found them to be extremly competitive.
