Section 8 Notice 18-03-2020, 20:46 PM Hi, My tenant is now two months in arrears and used stolen ID to obtain the tenancy agreement. I have spoken to a free legal advice line today in regards to serving a Section 8 Notice. I am going to serve the notice on the grounds of 8, 10, 11 & 17. I need to know the exact wording for the above grounds. Can anyone help me with this ?
