What Kind of Paint Do You Use on a Ceiling? Discussing Ceiling Paints

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone! I’m curious to know what kind of paint you all use on ceilings. At Graphenstone Eco Paints, we’re all about eco-friendly options that maintain high quality without compromising on performance.

When it comes to ceilings, I’ve found that a flat or matte finish is usually the best choice, as it helps to conceal imperfections and provides a clean look. It's also essential to use breathable ceiling paints that can help prevent moisture issues, especially in rooms prone to humidity like kitchens and bathrooms.

I don't agree !

* I have always painted ceilings successfully with vinyl Matt emulsion paint.

* I've always used it in kitchens and bathrooms without an problems.

* I use Dulux Trade paints which have a long tried and tested history of success at attractive prices.

* Breathable paints are certainly NOT essential.

I wasn't going to bother to reply to this posting but yes, I too have used Dulux trade paints for what could be regarded as a lifetime of painting and decorating and never had any problems.
