Normally they would just report on any cleaning or damage dilapidations and it would be up to the landlord or agent to get a couple of quotes to rectify. Best to prewarm the tenant first as they may just give the go ahead on the first quote or you just agree on a figure for the deductions. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
