  3. I have just bought a 2 bed flat in Reading, which I am looking to let out with minimal hassle. I work long hours, and I'm often abroad, so I need to be able to manage the property with minimal effort. All the agents that have got back to me with their management fees have seemed pretty extortionate (7% - 12%) of the rental.
