He doesn’t have their bank details, one of the men he has had moved from his parents house into this house. Is there any way he can send the deposit back? Cheque or PayPal?

Thank you so much for your reply, he has been getting advice and this is what his been told to return the deposit, although the tenants pay into his bank and he doesn’t have their bank details. They have no communication and are not very nice tenants, is there any advice on how he can return the deposit to them without their bank details. Thank you
