Hi guys, I am new to this forum and wondered if anyone would like to have a conversation around specialist finance? I'd be always willing to have one around 2nd charges, bridging/dev and commercial/resi BTL's.

when you choose a letting agent, you are choosing on the person behind the desk, not the brand name! They are only as good as the person working for them. I did this for 10 years at an independent and regularly beat the corporates.

As a specialist broker, we are comfortable if your first property is a BTL, it's just the high street that are not.
