I have a tenant that I believe has moved out but she hasn't returned the keys or given me notice. I only found out because dad were paying her council tax and i received a bill, when I contacted the council they said she was claiming elsewhere. I will probably have to go to court to reclaim possession, my question is do need to give her 2 months notice and serve her a section 8 notice?
