bee Posted May 23, 2006 Report Share Posted May 23, 2006 hi all, well ive been to see the mortgages guy so we are on our way to been landlords, how ever i wanted some advice....again....is 5.1% a good rate and whats this new registration thing about? apparently i will have to reg with the council. ive tried to say about this with the council but (after speaking with 4 differnt people) they dont really understand what im talking about. bee x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
