Besides being a Letting Agency we are also Landlords. This is why we became a Letting Agency as well. Because we wanted to charge both Landlord & Tenant a reasonable fee. The main reason is we want you to come back and use us again. Not to go away feeling that you have been ripped off. We are always open to negotiation and indeed new ideas. We are currently having a web site designed. Which we hope will be up and running next week. We have only been open 2 months and find unfortunately before people read our litterature they assume we are like most Letting Agents and are just out for the money, WELL WE ARE NOT! We KNOW both our tenants and landlords WILL be pleased with our services so that is why we charge fees that are not exorbitant but we still offer an excellent service.
