I am looking to insure a portfolio of 8 terraced houses and was wondering if it would be better/cheaper to insure individually or is it possible to have a 'group' policy? It would simply be a policy to re-build the house and not for contents. Also can anyone suggest a decent insurance company to look at? Thanks.
