Now again we get books that people may be interested in and this book came in last Tuesday "Successful Property Letting" by David Lawrence. Bearing in mind we get a lot of Newbie BTL Landlords on this forum asking basic questions which should be obtained by reading up on in any associated book. So if anyone is interested it is £2.50 plus £1.99 postage and packing with the proceeds going to my Hospice shop. Payment by Paypal if at all possible via my email address to be given out by a personal message. OR send me a cheque/postal order etc. The book is "as new" condition.192 pages. Soft back. No returns!
