Miss King
Hi, I moved into this property in Oct 2005 and until a couple of months ago the aerial has worked. Over the last few weeks it was intermittent and now has packed in altogether because the connectors outside got wet and need replacing - it was a botch job (like most things in this house) that has managed to hold out - is the landlord responsible for paying for the repair of the cable/connectors considering it was in the property before I moved in? Thank you.
Melboy
In this case it's the landlord. If it's in place and working when you move in then that's how it should stay...in working order. If it's a new installation required upon request then no........ that would be down to the tenant.
