Richlist 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2018 Looks like landlords are going to loose private lettings relief in April 2020.......so those affected will pay a packet in CGT. The only exemption is going to be live in landlords and there aren't many of them. Other than that ......I didn't see anything else in this budget that directly affects landlords. Melboy 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2018 Yes I thought the budget statement was fairly neutral with no great surprises but there again the devil with all these budgets is always in the details that follow and never mentioned like.......will car tax rise by 10 per year?
