We want 800 a month plus security and lasts months. Includes free utilities. With both units being rented out would obviously still apply to both. My husband wants to negotiate but I think we should stick with what we said. Either you have the money or you don't. They also have 2 cats. We don't allow pets. But he's considering it. Before we met he's had some crappy remnants. One lied about her dogs and detroyed the place. I'm trying to prevent it. He can also be a pushover. I think if we set guidelines from the beginning we will run into less trouble in the end. Should I lighten up and accept the risk or stick with my guns? What would you do?
