What's the best way to deal with that - apart from pest control? I did a quick search myself and found that I can put expandable foam and wire mesh in any entry points and also poison in any potential affected areas. Surely you should now be contacting your managing agents for them to fill any entry points in the fabric of the building. I already told you that poison is available and where to get it.
