bil8999 Posted March 17, 2018 Report Share Posted March 17, 2018 Hi to all It states that you can not serve a section 21 if you have not supplied the tenant with EPC, how to rent booklet. We done neither of the above, can we now serve an up to-date EPC and how to rent book, leave it a few months then serve section 21. Unless there is another way round this situation. Richlist Posted March 17, 2018 Report Share Posted March 17, 2018 I would provide the tenant with an EPC and the latest 'How to Rent' booklet .....and get them to sign a receipt confirming they have been supplied.
