This is going to catch out a lot of landlords and agents as it now specifically asks questions about: 1 EPC and when given? 2. PI and when given? 3. Deposit and when protected? 4 S21 was served how, by and whom? 5 When was the deposit lodged? 6 Has the deposit been returned and when? 7 Has the gas cert been done and served to the tenant and when? 8 Has the "how to rent" leaflet been given to the tenant and when and which version.
