bil8999 Posted May 11, 2017 Report Share Posted May 11, 2017 Hi To all Got a tenant who has let her partner move in, without adding him onto the tenancy agreement, they have now had a fallout and she wants me to evict him, how?, she is not a bad tenant, has always paid her top up to rent until he moved in, then it stopped, answers on a postcard please. You'd have needed a new AST along with everything else......references, deposit protection, inventory etc. Tenants are permitted to have visitors. Seems your tenant has a visitor that won't leave. That's not your problem, that's hers. Can't she wait until he goes out and then change the locks ? She could call the police if it gets out of hand. Don't get involved.
