kanrent Posted April 14, 2017 Report Share Posted April 14, 2017 Is a tenancy agreement and a section 21 a legal document Because if they are that would mean that councils are advising tenants to break the law by telling them to stay put after an eviction notice has been served on them, maybe the courts could take sides with the councils and advise people to break the law also Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
