anahbabyox
Basicly I was just wondering if anyone had any insight to my problem. My landlord is holding my deposit unfairly. Not sure if it is protected, but i know that if it isnt they have to give it back. My problem is when I signed the tenancy agreement, there were two parts on the sheet one was admin fee and the other part was deposit. My landlord put my bond down in the admin fee section rather than the deposit section...and just put NIL in the deposit section..Has my landlord sent me up ###### creek without a paddle or do I have a leg to stand on? Mortitia
What does it say in your tenancy agreement about the deposit? Phone the landlord and ask where your deposit is protected - that should clear things up quickly as the landlord has only 30 days to protect it.
