Thanks for your replies, guys. So, the provision whereby you could reinvest your profits (i.e. after expenses etc) in another property this avoiding CGT, is this no longer available?

When you sell your BTL property csn you avoid paying capital gains tax by reinvesting all your profits in a property in Spain or Greece etc?
