The money grabbing insurance companies seem to double my rental properties insurance every year, can anyone recommend a company, what would you include in the policy as important, (I know it's a bit of a how long is a ball of string question).

One of my ex tenants was a loss adjuster for an insurance company, he told me his job was to find a way to weasel out of paying the claim.
Later turned out he was very good at weasling out of paying the rent.
