Hi folks, I need some advice.

I have just received a (section 21 (4)) Notice requiring possession. Assured Shorthold tenancy: Periodic Tenancy

However, The agent who prepared the tenancy, headed it "Assured Tenancy"

Should I explain to the judge the error at the hearing or do I give the landlord opportunity to change his application prior to the upcoming hearing?

Just a little update......

It seems that the rentals I pay to the agent have not been finding their way to the landlord, which makes me think that the landlord doesn't have a copy of the "assured" tenancy agreement. If I paid the money to the landlord, might the agent sue me for his loss?
