Hi,
Whos responsibility is it to get a Land Registry compliant lease plan. This is the plan with the OS location plan and the building plans with a colour outlining the leased area.
Many Thanks
Mike

Hi Mike,
The obvious answer would be the Land Registry. After a property is sold or split into leaseholds the solicitor dealing forwards copies of the original plans marked accordingly to the LR for update. Each is then granted a title number.
Is this what you meant?

Sounds like it the solicitor that would need to organise the plans. Thanks for the answer. Its just I've just started creating these plans and I wanted to send a mail shot to the correct person.
Thanks
Mike
